Guests arrive at West Glacier Montana today, just half a mile from the entrance to Glacier National Park. Our hotel is the charming small family owned West Glacier Village at the end of beautiful Lake McDonald. There is a restaurant with tasty meals and the lovely Middle Fork of the Flathead River runs just feet from our hotel.
Day 3 | Monday
We depart this morning aboard one of the famed red open-air ‘jammer’ buses for the stunning trip over the famed Going to the Sun Highway across the Continental Divide. Later today, shimmering Lake McDonald where a boat cruise is enjoyed. Many of our passengers rate this the prettiest day of the entire tour and you will soon see why. A second night to relax in this beautiful unspoiled setting. Tonight is our casual welcome dinner. (B, D)

You will want to have your camera handy since this is an amazing day with an afternoon arrival at the Canyon Lodge in Yellowstone, our home for the next two nights. We are at the fabled 'Grand Canyon of Yellowstone', a choice location in the park. Most tours stay outside the park, our guests are in the heart of this incredible National Park at the superbly located Canyon Lodge. The balance of the evening is free to relax and enjoy this magnificent setting.

Established in 1872, Yellowstone National Park is America's first National Park and after breakfast, we begin a day that is a visual feast. You will see Upper and Lower Falls,Hayden Valley, Old Faithful, Fountain Paint Pot and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Most tours offer one-night at Yellowstone, our lucky guests enjoy two nights, one of many elements that makes this holiday better than most offered by our competitors. Overnight at the Canyon Lodge.
